Includes the following:

• chocolate fountain rental

•   15 lbs of chocolate*

  (white, milk or dark Callebaut Chocolate)

•   Set-up and clean up.

• 2 ½ hours for a Chef to look after chocolate fountain

  when food service of Island Gourmet Catering is ordered.

CHOICE OF ITEMS

$0.50 per Item per person

•  Seasonal fruit

•  Biscuit/Cookie

•  Short bread

•  Marshmallow

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

•  $10.00 per extra lb. of chocolate

(15 lbs. of chocolate is sufficient for 80 persons)

•  if the food service of Island Gourmet Catering is not required,

$28.00/ Hour for Chef Service on site, plus travelling time,

  set up and clean up.

•  7 % GST will be added to final bill.
